Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajee365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the bajee365 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, and all associated features and content. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any functionality of bajee365, you enter into a binding legal agreement on the basis of these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration
To access the full features of bajee365 — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, sports betting, and slot play — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladesh network.
You are required to ensure that all registration details you provide are truthful and up to date at all times. bajee365 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided during registration, including delayed or failed withdrawals to incorrectly entered bKash or Nagad wallet numbers.

bajee365 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The full deposited amount is credited to your account balance. The full withdrawal amount is transferred to your wallet. Your mobile network operator's standard data rates may apply when using the bajee365 mobile platform.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account, subject to completed KYC verification. bajee365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or accounts in foreign jurisdictions.
All deposit and withdrawal activity on bajee365 is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. bajee365 reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour, that cannot be satisfactorily explained upon request, or that raises concerns under AML obligations. Players involved in suspicious financial activity may have their accounts suspended and transactions reported to relevant authorities without prior notice.

User Obligations
By using bajee365, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, honesty, and respect for the Platform and other players. The following obligations are binding on all registered users of bajee365 at all times.
- Accurate Information: You will provide only truthful, current, and accurate information to bajee365 at all times, including during registration, identity verification, and support interactions.

Intellectual Property
All content on the bajee365 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, written content, game descriptions, promotional graphics, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajee365 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bajee365 for your own personal entertainment. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without express written permission from bajee365.

bajee365 may suspend your account temporarily pending investigation if: (a) unusual or suspicious account activity is detected; (b) a chargeback or payment dispute is raised; (c) KYC documentation has been requested but not yet received; (d) there are reasonable grounds to believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party; or (e) your account is flagged by automated fraud or AML monitoring systems.
bajee365 will permanently close your account if: (a) you have provided materially false information during registration or KYC; (b) you are found to be under 18 years of age; (c) you hold multiple accounts on the Platform; (d) you have engaged in fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software; (e) you have breached any provision of these Terms in a material way; or (f) you request closure of your own account via our self-exclusion process.
Where an account is closed at the player's own request, any genuine cash balance remaining (i.e., deposited funds not subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, bajee365 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, in cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, to forfeit those balances in full.
